What is LOLER?

LOLER is an acronym for the UK’s Lifting Operations and Lifting Equipment Regulations 1998. It ensures all workplace lifting equipment is well-maintained, safe for use, and used correctly to reduce the risk of accidents and injuries in the workplace. It applies to all equipment used at height, including (but not limited to) forklifts, pallet trucks, cranes, elevators, slings and lorry loaders. The responsibility falls to anyone who owns, operates or controls lifting equipment to follow these regulations, the duties of which include: Thoroughly and systematically examining all equipment before use. Properly planning all lifting activities. Keeping detailed records of all examinations and inspections. Ensuring equipment is strong and stable enough for the task at hand, referring to its safe working load. Scheduling the training of all operators before they are allowed to use the equipment.
How to Buy a Forklift?

To buy a forklift from an online retailer, many offer an instant checkout option similar to Amazon. How Does a Heli Forklift Lithium Battery Work?

A lithium forklift battery works by moving lithium ions from an anode (negative electrode) to a cathode (positive electrode), to generate electric currents. The system is controlled and contained within an electrolyte solution that allows the ions to move. This is a reversible chemical reaction that stops when your forklift is turned off. The battery is charged through intercalation, meaning the lithium ions return to the anode and are stored within the molecular layers of the electrode solution, without permanently bonding to the anode. It is this that allows for the repeated charge-discharge cycles that single-use batteries don’t facilitate.
