Trucks Direct. Transformed.
This year marks a significant milestone for Trucks Direct as we celebrate 20 years in business. Two decades of growth, building lasting relationships with customers across the UK and helping businesses find the right forklift trucks and material handling solutions.
We’re incredibly proud of what we’ve achieved and grateful to the customers, suppliers and employees who’ve helped us build the business into what it is today.
To celebrate our 20th anniversary, we’re making significant investments across the business, building on our experience and preparing for the next stage of our development.
Welcome to Trucks Direct 2.0.
Our people have always been central to our success, with some team members having been part of Trucks Direct since the early days.
We’re continuing to invest in training and developing our existing employees while bringing new talent and expertise into the business. This will help us strengthen our teams and ensure our customers continue to benefit from knowledgeable advice and personal service.
We’re upgrading our technology and reviewing our internal processes to improve how we work and communicate with customers.
From handling enquiries and preparing quotations to processing orders and providing updates, these improvements are designed to deliver faster responses, greater accuracy and a more efficient customer experience.
The material handling industry has changed considerably over the past 20 years, and we’re continuing to develop our product offering to meet the changing needs of UK businesses.
We’re expanding our range of forklifts and material handling equipment, introducing new products and partnerships to give customers greater choice, supported by competitive pricing and expert advice.
We’ll be revealing more about these developments in the coming weeks.
As businesses increasingly look for ways to reduce their environmental impact, we’re continuing to expand our range of lithium electric forklifts.
We’re also making investments within our own operations, introducing new technology and infrastructure to support a more sustainable future.
These changes form an important part of our long term plans, with more announcements to follow.
Everything we’re investing in has one common objective: to improve the experience of dealing with Trucks Direct.
From the initial enquiry through to delivery and ongoing aftercare, we’re reviewing how we work to make our processes easier, communication clearer and customer support more responsive.
Our commitment to competitive pricing, expert advice and dependable service remains central to everything we do.
Reaching 20 years in business is an achievement we’re incredibly proud of, but we’re equally excited about what the future holds.
Trucks Direct 2.0 represents a major investment in our business, building on two decades of experience while introducing improvements that will benefit our customers for years to come.
And there are still some significant developments we’ve yet to reveal.
Over the coming weeks, we’ll be sharing more about our transformation and introducing the people who’ve helped make Trucks Direct what it is today.
